Textbook Ordering Terms and Information

  • If you search for a course you are enrolled in, and textbook lookup does not reflect required books/supplies, please check back at a later date. Required books and supplies are continuously updated.
  • Every effort will be made to fill your order as placed. If you have placed an order for USED books, but USED books are not available, NEW books will automatically be substituted to ensure there is no delay in filling your order.
Bookstore Refunds
To be eligible for refunds or exchanges, textbooks must be:
  • New (Used books are not eligible for a refund)
  • In original package
  • Accompanied by original sales receipt

  • Returned within the same semester purchased

Toolsets and Individual Snap-on tool purchases (custom orders) are non-refundable. 

 

Merchandise and apparel can be returned or exchanged as long as customer has the original sales receipt, the item still has all original tags and shows no signs of being worn, washed, or used.  Bookstore reserves the right to deny exchange or refunds when items are not in acceptable condition.
